Specialist HSEQ support and advice to all offshore projects and operations. Development of HSEQ bridging documents and risk management support and delivery of project key HSEQ initiatives.
EXPERIENCE:
A highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety professional with over 25 years of experience achieving success when it comes to identifying, assessing, handling, and evaluating risk in diverse settings in High Risk Industries. Over the last 12 years James has been providing Senior HSEQ support to various oil & gas projects in the UK, Europe and West Africa, as well as to FPSO operations in East Shetland. James passion is psychological safety and supporting organisations in developing high performance teams and enhancing structural resilience. James has a 3rd Level NEBOSH in Health & Safety Management and Cognitive Psychology.
