Delivery of services to the marine renewable energy sector in the areas of EU funding applications, project management, technical and scientific advice and outputs, and business development. Experienced in marine data analysis and management and in marine surveys. Business owner (PLogP Geoconsulting). Director of the Portuguese Navy’s Hydrographic Office Data Centre, Rogério performed several leadership and technical roles in the Portuguese Navy.
