Mairéad Elliott

Director, Senior Project Manager

EU funded projects, Marine Renewable Energy, Marine Test Site RD&D projects, Marine industry supply chain, Marine communications and marketing.

Experience:

7 years of experience of working in the marine sector in Ireland, previously at the Marine Institute and now with BlueWise Marine. Mairéad’s key responsibilities are managing client projects and developing new business opportunities in the marine sciences and renewable energy fields. She represents BlueWise in EU funded projects, working with emerging ORE/marine technology developers to facilitate test and demonstration projects. Mairéad has proposal writing experience with excellent communications and marketing skills. Previous background in customer services and client management from the private sector, with a degree in Public Administration and an MSc in Environmental Resource Management.
